Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi
Instructions: Start off by cutting the crust off two slices of bread. Using your rolling pin, flatten bread completely. Spread your peanut butter on your bread first and then spread your jelly on top of that. Tightly roll each slice of bread like a spiral. Once rolled tight, cut each one into four pieces. I used a plastic knife, I probably should have used a sharper knife or pizza cutter.
